Kris did an excellent thorough inspection of 2 homes I'm in the process of purchasing. He showed up ready to go on time. He was wearing a mask. Provided a thorough written report with pictures. I will be using him again for my next home inspection.

Kris was a pleasure to work with. Very friendly & professional. Great communication throughout the process leading up to the inspection & during the home inspection. Kris with Johnson Home Inspection Services was terrific. He was very informative and provided additional feedback regarding the home that he felt would be useful to us in the future. We received our report early the next day which included photos, description of the proper way things should be done vs what was and items that were inspected and acceptable. It also included information pertaining to anything safety related with the home good/bad standing.
